Our facilities include a gorgeous, traditional stone farmhouse, alongside Wilson House and Skelton House, which are similarly equipped to provide medium and long-term support. Elm Court comprises a series of three and four-bedroom apartments. The home is nestled within the rolling countryside of South Yorkshire, within 30 minutes of main towns and cities.
"I started working at The Grange and Elm Court as a domestic assistant in November 2003. This was followed by roles as a care assistant, senior care assistant, team leader and deputy manager, before securing the position of home manager. I am very proud to work here, having accumulated nearly 17 years’ service at the home. Over the years I have undertaken numerous training and development courses, and am a qualified first aider and a trained fire marshal. Everyone that knows me knows that The Grange and Elm court is my life; I absolutely adore all my residents and I could never see myself working anywhere else. The home is where my heart is. We are like one big family here, and I truly think the world of all my residents and my great staff team."
